At LifeStack, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for Products purchased on https://uselifestack.com.
1. General Rule: No Refunds or Exchanges
Because all Products sold on the Website are digital goods (Notion templates and similar digital products) delivered instantly and accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except as stated below or as required by applicable law.
2. When We May Offer a Refund
We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:
• The Product is demonstrably defective, broken, or not as described.
• You did not receive access to the Product within 24 hours of payment, and we are unable to restore access.
• A refund is required under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
To request a refund, contact us at uselifestack@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order number, the email used for the purchase, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time.
3. Consumers in the EU and UK
Consumers based in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract.
However, under applicable EU/UK law, this right does NOT apply to the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase and gaining immediate access to the Product, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the supply of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal as a result.
This does not affect your statutory rights where the Product is defective or not as described.
4. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first at uselifestack@gmail.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Chargebacks based on abusive claims (for example, for Products that were successfully delivered and used) may result in the termination of your access to our Products and future purchases.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (via Lava.top) within a reasonable timeframe, typically 5–14 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
