LifeStack is an online store selling digital productivity templates, including habit trackers, daily planners, and finance trackers, designed for use with Notion.
The operator of the Website is a self-employed individual ("samozanyatyy") registered in the Russian Federation. Payments are processed through the Lava.top payment platform.

2. Eligibility
By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country of residence, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3. Products
All Products sold on the Website are digital goods (templates in Notion format or similar). Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Product, typically via a download link or a link to duplicate a Notion template.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Product descriptions and images on the Website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are complete, error-free, or that Products will meet your specific expectations beyond what is described.
4. Orders and Payment
All prices are displayed on the Website in the applicable currency and are final at the moment of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Lava.top. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
An order is considered complete once payment has been successfully processed and confirmed by the payment provider. You will receive an order confirmation and access to the Product by email.
5. License to Use the Products
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide license to use the Product for your personal use or for the internal use of a single business entity you own.
You may NOT:
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or share the Product with any third party.
• Republish the Product, in whole or in part, as your own work or as part of a bundle, course, or template store.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Product.
• Use the Product for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes third-party rights.
All intellectual property rights in the Products remain the property of LifeStack.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally, typically immediately after payment confirmation. If you do not receive access within 24 hours of purchase, please contact uselifestack@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
7. Refunds
Because our Products are digital goods delivered instantly and accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except as explicitly stated on a Product page or as required by applicable law.
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, please note the following: by completing your purchase and accessing the Product immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.
If a Product is demonstrably defective, not as described, or you are unable to access it due to our fault, please contact us at uselifestack@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LifeStack, its operator, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Website or any Product.
Our total aggregate liability to you, for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or any Product, shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
